Ingredients for Easy Homemade Chicken Pulao Recipe

|Tomatoes||2 normal size|
|Rice||1kg (soaked for 20 mins)|
|Red chili powder||1 teaspoon|
|Dried coriander||2 teaspoon|
|Ginger garlic paste||1 tablespoon|
|Garam masala||1 tablespoon|
|Black pepper||half teaspoon|
|Water||5 glass of water|
|Cinnamon||2 medium sized|
At first, cut the onions into slices. Similarly, cut the tomatoes into cubes. After that, let it be on side.
Secondly, take a pan and add one cup of oil into it. After that, add those chopped onions into it.
Let it get in effect of brown in color. In short, the color you want to have for your pulao. Then after that, add chicken into it. Similarly, Add ginger garlic paste along with the chicken. Cook until the chicken gets brownish color.
After all above, add tomatoes, 2 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, cinnamon, red chili, dried coriander, zeera, garam masala. Another key point, adding up all those spices as per quantity mentioned in the ingredients section.
After that, cook until the tomatoes gets dissolved into the gravy. Therefore, its easy to cook them. Also, it won’t give you the smell like rotten.

Thirdly, add 5 glass of water to the gravy. After that, add the remaining 4 teaspoon of salt into the water. Let it cook for 5 minutes on high flame so that the chicken gets cooked in water. However, these take some time get off.
After that, add soaked rice (drained) into it. Let it get cooked until the water gets vanished. But also, make sure that it should be half glass left over for giving the steam.
