Ingredients

These are the ingredients for making Chicken and shimla mirch recipe.

Oil1 cup
Tomatoes4 normal size
Chicken boneless2 slices
Capsicum4 normal size
Salt1 and half teaspoon
Red chili powder1 tablespoon
Black pepper1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves
Yogurt 2 tablespoon

  • Bowl. (any kind of)
  • Spoons for adding ingredients.

Procedure

Ingredients for Chicken and shimla mirch recipe must be added as I have mentioned in the ingredients section. They should be added as per the quantities otherwise it may not taste good.


Do cut the chicken and tomatoes into cubes. for capsicum you may cut according to your choice. It is important to cut the vegetables into small cubes so that they are easy in cooking and smashing. Also it would save your time and would be with less effort.

At first, in a pan add half cup of the oil and then add ginger garlic paste. Let is cook for 2 minutes. After that, add boneless chicken into it and cook until its color gets brownish.

Secondly, add salt, red chili powder and black pepper to it. These are added before into the recipe so that the taste of the chicken gets more delicious. Also, it doesn’t gives you a smell.
Now after all these, add those cubed tomatoes to the mixture and let it cook for 10 minutes. By this the tomatoes will get dissolved and more chopped into the mixture.
Cover the pan.

After that, now cook the mixture for 5 to 7 minutes so well that its color gets reddish and cooked well.

Last steps..

In a bowl, add two tablespoons of yogurts and mix it well without any lumps in it. Then, by adding it to the mixture, it will get cooked for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Now add capsicum to it and mix carefully up and down and cover the pan with low heat for 5-7 minutes.
