|Chickpeas lentils||half kg|
|Red chili||2 teaspoon|
|Zeera (cumin)||2 teaspoon|
|Dried coriander||2 tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||4 tablespoon|
|Coriander leaves||as per required|
|black pepper||1 tablespoon|
|Garam masala||2 tablespoon|
|Turmeric powder||Half teaspoon|
|Ginger garlic paste||1 tablespoon|
- It is the procedure of chicken shami kebab recipe.
- At first, in a water pan, place 2 potatoes and boil them until 20 minutes.
- Secondly, peal them off.
- Then, mash those potatoes. Keep them aside.
- After that, you need to use the pressure cooker so that the chick pea lentils gets cooked well.
- Then, in a pressure cooker add 2 tablespoon of oil and also chopped onions.
- Then, cook them until 4-5 minutes.
- After all, add chicken into it and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- After that, add chickpea lentils, ginger garlic paste and chicken to it. Then, add all the spices except coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Let it cook further more 2-3 minutes. Then, add 1 cup of water to it. After that, let the mixture get boiled first.
- After it gets boiled, let it cook under pressure for 10-15 minutes. This may give all the ingredients a cooked look.
- After all, check after 15 minutes, if the chick peas had cooked well or not.
- After all, these, take out the whole mixture into a wide utensil and wait until it gets cool down.
- Then, separate the bones from the chicken and shred them into it mixture.

- Then, grind the whole mixture by adding one sip of water if needed.
- Grind until its all the ingredients gets dissolved into it.
- After all, you may also add lemon juice and washed coriander leaves and boiled potatoes to it.
- At last, check the ingredients by tasting. Then, you may add any of them again if missing.
- After all, with the help of water, take a small amount of the mixture into your hand and make a round shape of it.
- Then, press it a little bit hard. Then, it will give you plain round shape of kebab.
- Do it with as many times as kebabs you can make it.
Ingredients for frying
After all, in a pan, add 2 tablespoon of oil. Then, dip the kebab into it and fry on medium heat until it gets golden brown.
