How to boil chicken macaroni?

Boiling macaroni is a task that is a little bit tricky and somehow easy too. If you are boiling it more it will give a greasy look. Boiling it for the right time and temperature gives it a perfect taste.

You need to add up as much as water that it covers the macaroni. Then, after that add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt. Let it boil for 15 mins. After that, check if there is still some time to cook if not then drain out all the water and keep aside. But before adding it into the mixture, make sure to wash it all with cold water.

  • Then, chop the onions and add into the pan. Add chicken if there is a box cut. Other wise you can add the shredded ones afterwards.
  • After this, grind the tomatoes in a chopper, and add them too.
  • Then, add all the spices mentioned in the ingredient section.
  • Let the gravy get cooked well, until the color gets in reddish add vegetables. At this time you may add shredded chicken. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now, after washing the macaroni with cold water as it gets separated, add them to the gravy.
  • Then add, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar as per mentioned in the ingredients section.
