Best chicken corn soup recipe – winters special soup
Soups are the demands in winters. Evenings is winters are dedicated to such foods which gives soothing effect to a soul. So, today i thought of giving you the recipe of this winter special Chicken corn soup. There are lot of people who prefer them as in starters of their meals. There are full meal bowls which are enough for a person to have.
Other than this, there are a lot of variety of making soups. Chicken corn soup, vegetable soup and mushroom soups.

Ingredients for making chicken corn soup
|Chicken||200 grams bone|
|Black pepper||1 teaspoon|
|Dried coriander||1 teaspoon|
|Corn flour||as required to thick|
|Ginger garlic paste||1 tablespoon|
How is chicken corn soup healthy?
It is very beneficial for our body and immune system. It includes all the nutrients and vitamins. Chicken has all the protein which is essential for human growth. Other than that, there are vegetables in the soup so they fulfill the amount of vitamins and glow up the skin.
Also, it helps us to get our body temperature balanced in winters especially. There are lots of people who cannot control the cold temperature so it helps them doing it.
Process to make chicken corn soup
The ingredients quantity is as mentioned as in the ingredients section.
- At first, add oil in a pressure cooker. Then, add chicken, chopped onions, dried coriander and salt.
- After that, add 1 cup of water. Let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Then, separate the chicken from the chicken stock water.
- Shred the chicken and keep aside.
- Add that water into a huge soup making utensil.
- Cut the vegetables and add into the water as it starts boiling. Add chicken stock cube, salt, pepper, shredded chicken and corn. Let the mixture boil for 20 minutes.
- After that, in a separate bowl, mix up corn flour with water without limps.
- In another one, beat one egg. This is optional.
- Add up corn flour mixture and make a good consistency of the soup. Make it a little thick.
- Let it cook for 5 more minutes then at last, add beaten eggs. Cook for another 2 minutes.
You can serve them with vinegar, soya sauce and chili sauce.

Complete vegetarian soup
If you are not a chicken person then its not at all a problem! Just omit the chicken and just add vegetables. Even though you can skip the chicken stock instead of that add vegetable stock so it cooks pure vegetarian soup.
Many of my friends and family were not chicken lovers like they were pure vegetarians. They always had a crack for the recipes of vegetable made. I had a lot of knowledge from them. Likewise of chicken made things I love vegetable things too!!

To add veggies
Anything could be added into the soup. The vegetables which are shredded. Like cabbage, cauliflower, peas, green beans and other fried veggies.
